It is perfect for exploring the picturesque little villages that line the coast, and the lovely sandy beaches at Brancaster and Holme next the Sea, being only around five miles away. The village is well placed for ornithologists being halfway between the excellent reserves at Titchwell and Snettisham. For those looking for a more lively pace of life, Hunstanton is also only five miles and there are many other attractions close by well worth a visit. Brundall lies on the banks of the River Yare which is great for fishing and exploring the waterways on a boat cruise. In the heart of the Broads there are wonderful opportunities for walking and bird watching. The coast is a short distance and easily accessible. The magnificent city of Norwich is a great place to shop, view historic sites and offers a wealth of cultural opportunities. The village has some great facilities including an award-winning restaurant. Braydeston Cottage is an attractive 17th century thatched cottage with an abundance of character including exposed timbers, decorative fireplaces and leaded windows.
