Dillington, a small hamlet, is quietly situated in the heart of rural Norfolk approximately two miles north west of East Dereham. Dereham itself is a bustling market town with shops, restaurants, cinema, bowling alley, leisure centre, golf course and street market on Fridays. Dillington is only a twenty mile drive to the North Norfolk Coast and the city of Norwich.

Keepers Cottage stands in the grounds of Dillington Hall next to their working farmyard. Formerly a cattle shed dating back to the 18th century, it has been tastefully renovated and now provides comfortable spacious accommodation. The property is ideally located for the delights of the North Norfolk coast, historic Norwich, the waterways of the Broads or for the adventurous "Go Ape" in Thetford Forest, are all are only a short drive away Shops: 0.3 miles Pub: 0.5 miles

North Tuddenham is a small village set in the heart of rural Norfolk. It is a peaceful location and makes a perfect base from which to tour the county. The Cathedral city of Norwich is only fourteen miles away, the shopping is excellent, restaurants are numerous and there is a great cafe and bistro's atmosphere. The beaches of North Norfolk and the East coast are all within an easy drive, while the market town of Dereham is three miles away where you will find a good range of shops, cinema, swimming pool and ten-pin bowling.

Pound End is attached to the owner's farmhouse, situated in a quiet and rural location yet only three miles from the market town of Dereham which has some very good family attractions and a local market twice a week This is a working farm, the family makes one of Norfolk's famous brands of ice cream using the produce from their Holstein dairy herd. The property offers spacious and well equipped accommodation and is ideal for families or couples who like walking and cycling activities. The owner's swimming pool is available to guests during the months of May-September and guests enjoy exclusive use during the day. Norfolk's Dinosaur park and Pensthorpe Nature Reserve are both easily accessible. Shop: 4 miles Pub: short walk

Notes: This is a working farm so care should be taken at all times and the gate to the property should be kept closed.
