The attractive market town of Fakenham is four miles away, with its shops, bowling alley, cinema, restaurants and pubs and a Thursday market which is not to be missed. Pensthorpe, home to the BBC Springwatch programme, is a great day out for all ages and is just 3 miles southeast of Fakenham. National cycle route 1 & 2 are just two of the routes that are in the locality and they will certainly test your staying power.
