Guests are welcome to relax on the lawns and you can use the canoe launching site into a quiet branch of the River Ant, however the fishing rights are reserved for the local kingfishers and the occasional otter. Accommodation overview: The Coach House is a delightful early Victorian building offering spacious and comfortable accommodation with the use of a tennis court. Close to the Coast, Sandringham and Titchwell a great holiday location.

Ingoldisthorpe is a small village situated on the edge of the Sandringham Estate betwixt the villages of Snettisham and Dersingham. It is surrounded by rolling countryside and the seaside resort of Hunstanton is just minutes away. A little further afield you will find the wide sandy beaches of Brancaster and Holme. The village is well placed for ornithologists with the excellent reserves at Titchwell and Snettisham. The Peddars Way trail offers excellent off-road cycling and walking opportunities and the historic port of King's Lynn is just ten miles away.

The Coach House is an early Victorian building, situated across the courtyard of the main house. It has been recently modernised and offers attractive, comfortable and well-equipped accommodation with the use of owner's tennis court. Situated on the outskirts of the village it truly does offer peace and tranquillity in a rural setting with uninterrupted countryside views to the rear, yet is not too far from the wonderful sandy beaches of the North Norfolk Coast. Also Provided: Use of hard tennis court by arrangement with the owner. Towels, CDs, books and games.
Notes: Bedrooms 2 & 3 have exposed beams and sloping ceilings. The different levels within the garden may not be appropriate for very young children. Short breaks cannot be accommodated on a Saturday.
