Accommodation overview: Less than a mile from the picturesque fishing village of Port Isaac, this cosy and comfortable traditional end of terrace cottage is set to one side of the coastal road in the small hamlet of Trewetha, double glazed, yet retaining much of its original charm and character. The quaint village of Port Isaac still has a little working harbour nestling in a narrow sheltered valley where there is a small selection of shops, pubs and restaurants all just a 5 minute drive away.
Approached by a couple of steps and gated footpath that lead down to the front entrance porch with space for coats and boots. An inner glazed door opens directly into a charming dining room with a low beamed ceiling and wood burning stove and to one side a door leads through to a warm and cosy beamed sitting room with lounge seating arranged before the open fireplace.
At the rear, in an extension to the original cottage, a low doorway opens to a bright and cheerful kitchen and from here a door leads out to the generous sized country garden with a sheltered sun terrace and a couple of steps up to the lawn with a sandpit, swing and hedged border.
A narrow carpeted staircase with quite low headroom leads up from the dining room to the first floor landing where there are a bathroom with hand basin and shower over the bath, a separate cloakroom W.C., and two pretty cottage-style bedrooms. The master bedroom has a 5ft double bed overlooking the attractive rear garden and the second smaller bedroom has two pine single beds.
Young children and pets will requires supervision as there are slight changes in level in the cottage and the garden is only partially enclosed. There is off road parking for two cars on the driveway, and space for a boat trailer if required.
The small shingle beach at Port Gaverne is about a 5 minute drive and the glorious sandy beaches at Polzeath, Daymer Bay and Rock on the Camel Estuary are approximately 6 miles away. For a good choice of amenities the market town of Wadebridge is about a 15 minute drive where bicycles can be hired to explore the Camel Trail and the immediate area also offers fine coastal walking. There is a wide range of sports activities locally including fishing, surfing and sailing, three golf courses within easy reach and the Eden Project is about an hour’s drive.

Accommodation overview: Situated in the upper part of Devon Road, some 10/15 minutes walk from the town centre and North Sands beach, Sunnyledge and Burberry are two adjoining halves of one large traditional town house - each has been extensively and tastefully upgraded to a modern standard over recent seasons. The layout of each house effectively mirrors the other with all accommodation on two levels (via separate stone steps up to 1st floor entrances) with each property enjoying lovely views cross the estuary through an area of protected woodland. Accommodation overview: A comfortable detached single storey cottage in lovely countryside, converted from a wagon house of natural stone and slate, to one side of the entrance of Pollingarrow Farm near the picturesque village of St Kew and only a 10 minute drive from the sandy beaches of the Camel Estuary.
Set in a walled and gated garden the cottage is entered from a sheltered patio area to the front. The door opens to a slate floored hallway with an adjacent shower room W.C. and hand basin. The living accommodation consists of a spacious open plan living room with the character of the wagon house preserved in a high ceiling open to the beams in the apex of the roof. The room is light and pleasant with a pine floor and windows on three sides and a partly separated kitchen.
At the other end of the cottage a spacious bedroom has a 5' kingsize bed, hand basin and a window looking over the front patio area. There is a wall mounted electric heater in each room. At the rear a grassy fenced garden looks out over farmland and an under cover drying area has been provided.
St Kew Highway, about five minutes drive, has a pub, garage, and mini market, the village of St Kew about 3 / 4 mile has a pretty church and an old pub that offers good pub food and there is a 9 hole golf course 1 mile away.

Accommodation overview: This is a late 19th Century house that guests have found to be beautifully presented and welcoming, with lovely personal touches. Accommodation overview: Netherton Farm is set in a small peaceful hamlet approximately two miles from Kingsbridge in a secluded valley surrounded by five acres of beautiful farm and woodland. This area is a haven for birds and wildlife and a favourite for walkers with or without a four-legged friend! Salcombe is about seven miles in one direction and Dartmouth slightly further in the other. Slapton Sands with its spectacular rugged coastline, is only five miles from Netherton, and Bantham Sands to the west with it's wide sandy beach. The three properties at Netherton Farm - Boxtree Barn, Bay Tree Cottage and Willow Studio - are all very different in design but offer all guests a high standard of accommodation in a stunning location. Each property enjoys the benefit of full central heating and hot water to ensure a warm, cosy welcome at all times of the year, as well as use of the fabulous heated outdoor swimming pool (10m x 5m) by arrangement with the owners - who live nearby at the Farmhouse - from Easter until the end of October (weather permitting!). There is ample parking for each of the properties and a large communal grassed area for the use of all guests. For those with dogs, there is use of additional fields adjoining the farmhouse. The owners also offer a dog sitting service in their home and walled garden if required.
