Accommodation overview: A delightful property set within wonderful and interesting grounds, surrounded by rolling countryside, yet within a short distance from Norwich and the Suffolk Heritage Coast.

Brooke is a large and attractive rural village which is surrounded by some beautiful countryside and also has the advantage of being just a short drive from the historic city of Norwich. The Broads are easily accessible at Loddon and Beccles and the North and Suffolk Heritage coast and their wide sandy beaches are an easy car drive away. This is a super area in which to holiday, national cycle routes 14 & 6 surround the village and allow you to explore the quiet lanes, villages and small market towns in a gentle and pleasant manner. Snape Maltings, Southwold and Aldborough are within easy driving distance for a day's outing. Locally it is within walking distance of a pub/restaurant, post office and an award winning butchers/deli.

The Moat House sits tucked away in the grounds of the owner's secluded thatched cottage. Built to a high specification with oak floors, doors and architraves the accommodation is characterful and comfortable, adjacent to a 12th century moat, securely fenced for little folk and with its own private garden. A cosy retreat at any time of the year. Shops/Pubs: within easy walking distance
