The nature reserves at Surlingham and Strumpshaw are close by and have waterside trails - a delight for walkers and nature lovers. Lingwood is also only eight miles from the fine city of Norwich, which as well as being steeped in history has a good array of shops, pubs, restaurants and leisure facilities. Also within a short drive is the sandy beach at the coastal village of Winterton-on-Sea

The Bakehouse is set in three acres of private, peaceful grounds behind the owner's Georgian country house between Lingwood and South Burlingham. The property has been renovated and furnished to a high standard, and is presented with style and attention to detail. There is also a garden area backing onto orchard and lawns.
