Accommodation overview: The cottage is set in a great location overlooking the famous ancient woodlands. Tastefully renovated it has very comfortable accommodation that is well equipped.

Swanton Novers is a small peaceful village surrounded by meadows and ancient woodlands. Two hundred acres of this woodland is managed by English Nature and forms one of the country's most important woodland reserves. The Honey Buzzard is a regular visitor and with a raptor watch point, this could be birdwatchers heaven! The area abounds with footpaths and quiet country lanes ideal for walking and cycling and is only fifteen minutes drive from the North Norfolk coast and Blakeney. The Georgian market town of Holt with its unique shops and excellent eateries is almost on the doorstep.

No 4 Orchard Cottages is an end-terrace former forestry cottage which has been tastefully refurbished, retaining many of the original features whilst combining modern amenities. The accommodation is very comfortable and benefits from a large conservatory which overlooks the ancient woodland that is such a feature of this village. A peaceful and tranquil location, close to all the amenities and attractions of the area, make this an ideal location for a relaxing holiday. Shop: 2 miles Pub: 2 miles
