Accommodation overview: Little Cotton Barn is set in 3 acres of land in a beautiful tranquil location at the end of a country lane yet just 5 minutes drive from the famous naval town of Dartmouth. The barn adjoining the Farmhouse has each been sensitively reconstructed in recent years to provide a very high standard of accommodation whilst retaining many of the traditional features and characteristics of the original buildings.In spite of the rural location Little Cotton is easily accessible and close to local facilities - the 'Park and Ride' bus service into Dartmouth, as well as the town's Leisure Centre and largest supermarkets (Sainsburys and Lidl) are within a short walking distance. Little Cotton is an ideal retreat for families with a range of facilities available to keep children of all ages entertained. There is a large grass area for ball games with small child friendly goal posts, a 12' trampoline (with safety enclosure) and an activity fort with swings, climbing frame and slide will keep them busy for hours! Additionally there is an indoor play area with a multi-activity table (tennis/snooker, football etc), many board games, a wide selection of toys for all ages, books and colouring and various outdoor games (balls etc). There is even a large tub of spare wellies, just in case! Wii Games Stations are provided in both properties making it ideal accommodation for any time of the year (Christmas decorations are also provided). Whilst each of these areas can be seen from both properties there is also a picnic bench - with picnic crockery provided - from where parents can sit and watch their children.From the courtyard an opening leads through to a natural meadow and pretty pond, with picnic benches to sit and enjoy the wildlife. All areas are fenced for safety but young children must be supervised at all times.

Accommodation overview: Only a 10 minute drive from the sandy beaches of the Camel Estuary and the attractive fishing harbour of Port Isaac, this cosy little wing of the owners 14th century farmhouse is tucked away in a tranquil setting to one side of Pollingarrow Farm near the picturesque village of St Kew.
Peacefully situated, the property is entered through a fenced and gated patio garden with a private and sheltered sitting out area, and the front door set beneath an open porch roof leads directly into a warm and inviting small living room with a low ceiling.
The room is light and attractive with a comfortable lounge settee, a dining suite set in one corner and a neatly fitted galley kitchen with restful views over the adjoining meadow with ducks and geese. To complete the ground floor accommodation, there is a fully tiled walk-in shower room and a utility room with laundry facilities at the rear.
From the living room, rather steep carpeted stairs lead up to a small landing, a cloakroom W.C. with hand basin and a double bedroom with a velux window set into the sloping ceiling and partially exposed beams. There is a wall mounted heater in each room and ample parking space is available on site. The village of St Kew about 3 / 4 of a mile away has a pretty church and a beautiful 15th century pub that offers good food.
St Kew Highway is a five minute drive and has a pub, garage, and mini market, and there is a 9 hole golf course and farm shop 1 mile away. For a wider selection of amenities, the market town of Wadebridge is 3 miles and the golden sandy beaches of Polzeath, famed for its surfing, Daymer Bay and Rock are all within easy driving distance.

Accommodation overview: Less than a mile from the picturesque fishing village of Port Isaac, this cosy and comfortable traditional end of terrace cottage is set to one side of the coastal road in the small hamlet of Trewetha, double glazed, yet retaining much of its original charm and character. The quaint village of Port Isaac still has a little working harbour nestling in a narrow sheltered valley where there is a small selection of shops, pubs and restaurants all just a 5 minute drive away.
Approached by a couple of steps and gated footpath that lead down to the front entrance porch with space for coats and boots. An inner glazed door opens directly into a charming dining room with a low beamed ceiling and wood burning stove and to one side a door leads through to a warm and cosy beamed sitting room with lounge seating arranged before the open fireplace.
At the rear, in an extension to the original cottage, a low doorway opens to a bright and cheerful kitchen and from here a door leads out to the generous sized country garden with a sheltered sun terrace and a couple of steps up to the lawn with a sandpit, swing and hedged border.
A narrow carpeted staircase with quite low headroom leads up from the dining room to the first floor landing where there are a bathroom with hand basin and shower over the bath, a separate cloakroom W.C., and two pretty cottage-style bedrooms. The master bedroom has a 5ft double bed overlooking the attractive rear garden and the second smaller bedroom has two pine single beds.
Young children and pets will requires supervision as there are slight changes in level in the cottage and the garden is only partially enclosed. There is off road parking for two cars on the driveway, and space for a boat trailer if required.
The small shingle beach at Port Gaverne is about a 5 minute drive and the glorious sandy beaches at Polzeath, Daymer Bay and Rock on the Camel Estuary are approximately 6 miles away. For a good choice of amenities the market town of Wadebridge is about a 15 minute drive where bicycles can be hired to explore the Camel Trail and the immediate area also offers fine coastal walking. There is a wide range of sports activities locally including fishing, surfing and sailing, three golf courses within easy reach and the Eden Project is about an hour’s drive.
