Accommodation overview: Set in an idyllic country location yet only 4 miles from the coast, Higher Norton Farm offers an excellent base from which to explore the beautiful South Hams. The farm is approached along a country road and down a private drive some two miles from the village of East Allington. The market town of Kingsbridge is just 15 minutes drive away from where you can take a leisurely steamer excursion along the estuary to Salcombe. The two mile shingle beach at Slapton Sands is a 10 minute drive away, as is the famous 'Ley' at Torcross for bird watchers, whilst sandy beaches are a short drive away. If the kids have any energy left after all this activity, Woodlands Leisure Park is just seven miles away.

Accommodation overview: An attractive mid-terrace granite cottage set high above the pretty fishing village of Mousehole, with panoramic views across Mounts Bay and only a short walk downhill to the small harbour and beach.
Entered from a rather steep pedestrian lane, a couple of steps lead up to the front porch and an inner door opens directly into a comfortably furnished sitting room with a board and beam ceiling, a light crisp decor and sea views over the village roof tops looking across to the Lizard. Two steps at the rear of the sitting room lead up to a dining area which has the benefit of views through a hatchway in the wall, and a neatly fitted kitchen with a stable door opening to a small service yard.
Carpeted stairs go up to a tiny landing which has doors to a pine furnished double bedroom with stunning views over the garden looking down to the harbour and far out to sea and to a bathroom W.C. with wash basin and electric shower over the bath. To complete the accommodation, a door leads off the bathroom to a second bedroom with sturdy bunk beds which are 5ft 9inch in length and windows overlooking the wooded hillside at the rear.
On the opposite side of the footpath, at the front of the cottage, half a dozen gated steps lead down to a delightful sheltered garden with a patio and sundeck, a small decorative pond and a sloping lawn with partial sea views.
Although the cottage is set away from the busy harbour front, all the village amenities are still within easy walking distance as is the coastal footpath with lovely scenery leading round to Lamorna Valley. Penzance, 3 miles, has a rail and bus terminus and offers trips by boat to the Isles of Scilly. The safe beaches of Mounts Bay are a 10 minute drive.

Keynvor is accessed through the French windows and the entrance is straight into a cosy but well furnished and equipped lounge/kitchen/ diner. On the lounge side, the property offers comfortable seating with electric living flame fire, flat screen TV and a fully fitted kitchen/ diner on the other side.
Off the main lounge area, an inner hallway leads to the bedrooms which consist of one double bedroom and one twin bedroom. An additional doorway leads to a separate bathroom with shower over the bath and WC.
Back in the main living room, the French windows provide access onto an enclosed paved patio and small garden with lawn and picnic table. The property provides parking for one car, accessed via an incline from the parking area, with additional parking on site.

A door leads off to a carpeted hallway giving access to a cloakroom W.C. with hand basin, a bathroom W.C. with hand basin and shower over the bath and three attractive bedrooms. There are two bedrooms with king-size beds and fitted wardrobes, and the third bedroom has two single beds.
From the hall a door opens to the walled and gated garden with a crazy paved patio and a small lawn bordered by flower beds.

Accommodation overview: Oak and May Cottages are two very well presented properties converted from a stone barn. Set in their own grounds at the head of a stunning rural valley, the properties boast lovely views from the garden across farmland. The accommodation (adjacent to the owners' home) is cleverly set out over two floors and is ideally suited to a couple or young family. Whilst the cottages are available individually, they may also suit two families looking for adjacent accommodation sleeping up to eight in total. The cottages are in a wonderful setting of outstanding natural beauty overlooking farmland, and just 1 1/2 miles from the beautiful estuary town of Salcombe, with its spectacular coastline and fine sandy beaches. The village of Malborough - with two pubs, post office/village stores and garage - is only third of a mile away. Salcombe and Malborough can now be reached via a newly constructed cycle/walk path accessed from the top of the drive.All guests have access to the outdoor solar heated swimming pool (usually available from late May to the end of September) and are welcome to meet the resident herd of Shetland ponies!
