Accommodation overview: Albion Cottage is a traditional barn conversion, perfectly situated on the edge of the small village of Tresparrett, just 3 miles from the popular town of Boscastle on the North Cornish coast. The property is accessed via a private driveway shared only with the owners of the property, and offers both quiet and spacious accommodation for a couple. With easy access to many popular destinations along the North Coast, Albion Cottage offers the best of both worlds and is perfectly positioned for either touring or relaxing.
With parking for 2 cars right outside the property, the cottage is accessed via a small step and leads straight into galley style kitchen which is well equipped for dining in. To the right of the kitchen, a few small steps lead into a large and spacious bedroom with king-size bed and plenty of space for a cot. A doorway on the other side of the bedroom leads into a hallway with washer/dryer and to one side a separate bathroom with shower over, WC and basin.
The spacious living room with dining area is situated on the other side of the kitchen and offers plenty of room with two large sofas to relax and enjoy the vast array of books. The electric effect wood fire along with the German-engineered electrical heating system makes this room a wonderful place to relax after a long day walking the fantastic coastal paths nearby. To the front of the property there is a small outdoor seating area which overlooks the owner’s gardens. To the rear of the property is a small private lawned area for the visitors use; please do not let dogs off the lead except in this allocated garden.
The town of Crackington Haven, The Strangles beach, the South West Coast Path, the Valency Valley and Bodmin Moor all within a five mile drive. The popular towns of Bude and Wadebridge, with their boutique shops, restaurants and pubs can be reached within a twenty five minute drive and just a stone’s throw from Albion Cottage is a popular dog friendly pub which serves quality food and can easily be reached by foot. Accommodation overview: Keynvor has been decorated and furnished to a good standard and provides cosy living accommodation arranged on one floor with an attractive and enclosed outside space with patio seating. This end of terrace property forms one of three cottages and is perfect for both small families or couples.
Keynvor is accessed through the French windows and the entrance is straight into a cosy but well furnished and equipped lounge/kitchen/ diner. On the lounge side, the property offers comfortable seating with electric living flame fire, flat screen TV and a fully fitted kitchen/ diner on the other side.
Off the main lounge area, an inner hallway leads to the bedrooms which consist of one double bedroom and one twin bedroom. An additional doorway leads to a separate bathroom with shower over the bath and WC.

Accommodation overview: A traditional listed Cornish cottage with glimpses of the sea and St Michaels Mount from upstairs, set in a pretty little walled and gated front garden close to the 14th century Parish Church at Madron, a few minutes drive from the attractive town of Penzance.
A low stable door opens under heavy blooms of wisteria in summer, directly into a charming beamed living room which spans the whole width of the cottage, with a massive open granite hearth at one end. At the rear of the cottage is a well equipped neat kitchen with some fitted units, and a bathroom W.C. with hand basin and bath with shower attachment. A glazed back door opens to a private and sunny garden fully enclosed which can be seen from the kitchen window.
In one corner of the sitting room, cottage stairs twist up to two appealing pleasantly furnished bedrooms with double and twin beds respectively. Both are carpeted and have low windows set into thick walls with window seats and a distant view between the rooftops below of the glinting waters of Mounts Bay. Steep stairs make this property unsuitable for toddlers and the elderly may also have difficulty.
Madron has a village pub which serves food. Penzance and Mounts Bay with extensive shops and beaches are under 10 minutes drive and the Isles of Scilly are easily accessible via the ferry service. It is possible to park on the road outside the cottage and there is a free village car park 75 yards away.

Accommodation overview: Surrounded by unspoilt countryside yet only a 15 minute drive from both the stunning North and South Coasts of Cornwall, this single storey recently converted detached cottage nestles to one side of Ting Tang and the entrance of West Trevarth Farm.
As the name implies, this is an idyllic cosy property, double glazed and offering a comfortable and well equipped home from home at any time of the year with under floor heating throughout, set in a rural but not isolated position for touring.
Approached from the tarmac parking area where there is space for one car, a path and three gated steps lead up to the front door opening to a central hallway with a shower room W.C. with hand basin and heated towel rail at the rear.
To the left, a door opens to a delightful living room with a very smart modern fitted kitchen area with soft close doors, dining furniture, a cosy rug under foot and comfortable lounge seating to snuggle up on.
On the opposite side of the entrance hall is a charming bedroom with a king-size double bed and built in wardrobe. The floors are all tiled with the exception of the bedroom which is carpeted. There are no internal steps and for the less mobile, there is alternative access to the property via a ramp.
A paved patio and sheltered lawn offers a lovely setting for holidaymakers to return to after a day walking the South West Coast Path or on the beach at Portreath or Falmouth, approximately 7 miles respectively. The villages of Lanner and Carharrack are both within a 5 minute drive and each have a local store and pub, and for a wider selection of amenities, the maritime town of Falmouth and the cathedral city of Truro are both 20 minutes by car.
There is a wide choice of beaches including Porthtowan, Portreath, Newquay, St Ives and Falmouth to name but a few all within a 30 minute drive and the glorious Roseland Peninsula can also be reached via the King Harry Ferry. There are a plenitude of golf courses, houses and gardens to visit in the area, water sports are available at Stithians Lake and the Cornish Way Coast to Coast Cycle Trail is nearby with bicycle hire available from Bissoe Tramways.

Accommodation overview: Just five minutes drive from the Eden Project and the South West Coast Path at Charlestown, this newly refurbished quaint little cottage is set in the peaceful village of Tregrehan Mills opposite the local playing field with views to farmland beyond. Attached to the owners own granite house, the cottage is small but comfortable and benefits from double glazing and oil central heating, well situated and within easy reach by car of a number of attractive beaches and picturesque harbours.
The front door opens directly into a pleasantly light sitting/dining room with natural exposed stonework on one wall, a two seater settee, stove effect electric heater and small dining suite. At the rear, a glazed door leads into a bright, fully fitted kitchen with a door opening to a private and sheltered suntrap patio garden.
Carpeted stairs go up from the sitting room to a gallery bedroom with a double bed set under the sloping ceiling and views of the countryside. To complete the accommodation, there is an en-suite bathroom W.C. with wash basin, heated towel rail and hand shower fitment to the bath. The owner will provide a washing / drying service on request and there is off road parking for one car.
It is an easy walk to the Britannia Inn, half a mile, where they serve food and have a large pub garden, and there is a post office store in Bethel about one mile away. For a wider selection of amenities, St Austell, 2 miles, has a range of shops, pubs, supermarkets, a leisure centre and cinema. The Eden Project is a 30 minute walk or 5 minutes by car or alternatively there is a local bus service that operates from the village to the Eden Project, St Austell and Newquay.
The property is within a 10 minute drive of several beaches including Porthpean, Par Sands and Polkerris and there are various golf courses nearby, the nearest at Carlyon Bay, 2.5 miles. Lanhydrock House and the Lost Gardens of Heligan are within a 20 minute drive, as are the harbour villages of Charlestown, Fowey and Mevagissey. There is a fully fitted farmhouse style kitchen/diner with doors leading out to the beautiful grounds and a work bar divides the comfortably furnished leather sitting area with natural wood flooring and with a ceiling open to the apex of the roof.
An additional conservatory and large greenhouse providing fabulous extra space for dining and entertaining adjoins the living room.
Stairs from the hallway lead up to a gallery landing which provides an extra casual seating/play area and to one side a door opens to a large bedroom with two single beds underneath the eaves. The owners provide free charcoal/firelighters for the barbecue and can arrange for scallops, lobster, crab, fish (all weather and season dependent) to be delivered from local fishermen.
