Entered from the lane, three steps lead down to a double glazed conservatory / dining area and an internal door opens into a long, beamed, sitting room with lounge furniture facing a coal effect electric fire. To one side, a recently upgraded, well equipped kitchen has modern fitted units and an external door leading to the fully enclosed garden. There is one ground floor bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite shower room W.C. with hand basin.
Carpeted stairs lead up in one corner of the sitting room to a wide landing, a twin bedded room and a Bathroom W.C. with Jacuzzi bath and hand basin. The garden featuring an outstanding Wisteria has a sheltered lawn and storage shed with ample room for beach gear, and there is off road parking for one car.
There is a pub that serves good food within a 10 minute walk and St Austell, 2 miles, has a range of shops and facilities including supermarkets, a cinema, bowling alley and leisure centre. The Lost Gardens of Heligan are within a 30 minute drive as are the picturesque coastal villages of Mevagissey and Fowey, and there are two golf courses at nearby Carlyon Bay and Porthpean.

Accommodation overview: Just over 500 yards from the stunning South West Coast path giving access to the popular beaches at Watergate Bay and Mawgan Porth nearby, this beautifully presented attached cottage in an extension to the 200 year old main house and is a perfect location to explore the North Cornish Coast with its well known restaurants and fishing harbours.
Fronted by a shared brick paved drive with parking for one car directly outside the cottage, a gated side path leads round to the enclosed courtyard garden at the rear. Double glazed French doors with a step up opens into a bright and well finished living room comprising the whole of the ground floor with solid wood flooring. There is a modern well fitted galley kitchen, L shaped corner sofa in front of the wall mounted electric fire and a glass topped dining table and chairs in front of the window.
In one corner a carpeted staircase leads up to the landing on the first floor with two bright and comfortable bedrooms; a kingsize with digital TV and a single bedroom at the rear. To complete the accommodation is a fully tiled shower room with W.C, hand basin and double sized shower cubicle. Crab Cottage has an enclosed rear courtyard garden with a garden shed perfect for storage of beach gear and bikes. A timber gate leads to an unmade lane from which you can access the South West Coast Path and walk to the pub in the hamlet less than 5 minutes away with a farm shop and bistro only a 2 minute drive.
Mawgan Porth only a 5 minute drive has a pub, café, surf hire and local store and for wider shopping facilities the resort of Newquay is 5 miles with access to the beaches at Fistral, Pentire and Crantock. Jamie Olivers Fifteen is only 1 mile away at Watergate Bay and Rick Steins café and restaurant is 9 miles at the famous harbour of Padstow where you can also cycle the camel trail to Wadebridge. The South West Coast path located a short walk from the cottage gives access to Mawgan Porth and Bedruthan Steps to the north and Watergate Bay and Newquay Bay to the south. The Elizabethian houses of Trerice and Prideaux Place are 6 and 9 miles respectively and the The Eden project, Lost Gardens of Heligan and Lanhydrock house are all less than an hour by car.

Accommodation overview: A single storey detached barn within the grounds of Treligga Farm Cottages, slightly set apart from the main courtyard yet within easy reach via a gated path. The cottage was once a stable housing the pony which pulled the family in their trap to market, but now offers warm and cosy, double glazed accommodation all year round.
The front door leads through a small sunroom into a pretty beamed living room with partial sea views, a fitted kitchen area, comfortable seating and dining space. Leading off the hall is a bathroom W.C. with shower over a whirlpool bath and hand basin, and at the opposite end, two steps lead down to an attractive beamed double bedroom with a four poster bed and wash basin and a large window looking out across the countryside towards the sea.
There is a small patio adjacent to the cottage and ample parking is also provided. Port Isaac 6 miles and Delabole 3 miles have a selection of local shops and public houses.

Accommodation overview: Only a 10 minute drive from the sandy beaches of the Camel Estuary and the attractive fishing harbour of Port Isaac, this cosy little wing of the owners 14th century farmhouse is tucked away in a tranquil setting to one side of Pollingarrow Farm near the picturesque village of St Kew.
Peacefully situated, the property is entered through a fenced and gated patio garden with a private and sheltered sitting out area, and the front door set beneath an open porch roof leads directly into a warm and inviting small living room with a low ceiling.
The room is light and attractive with a comfortable lounge settee, a dining suite set in one corner and a neatly fitted galley kitchen with restful views over the adjoining meadow with ducks and geese. To complete the ground floor accommodation, there is a fully tiled walk-in shower room and a utility room with laundry facilities at the rear.
From the living room, rather steep carpeted stairs lead up to a small landing, a cloakroom W.C. with hand basin and a double bedroom with a velux window set into the sloping ceiling and partially exposed beams. There is a wall mounted heater in each room and ample parking space is available on site. The village of St Kew about 3 / 4 of a mile away has a pretty church and a beautiful 15th century pub that offers good food.
St Kew Highway is a five minute drive and has a pub, garage, and mini market, and there is a 9 hole golf course and farm shop 1 mile away. For a wider selection of amenities, the market town of Wadebridge is 3 miles and the golden sandy beaches of Polzeath, famed for its surfing, Daymer Bay and Rock are all within easy driving distance.

Accommodation overview: Only 150 yards from the sea with elevated sea views from the sunny south facing garden, this pretty semi-detached cottage of great character is situated in the unspoilt Cornish fishing village of Portloe, tucked far down on the delightful Roseland Peninsula.
Here, stoutly built cottages with slated grey roofs cluster along the lower slopes of the well sheltered and secluded valley and around the shores of a small Cornish cove where a few boats still unload their catch of lobster, crab and other fish.
Proncha is within 60 yards of the coastal path and easy walking distance of the picturesque cove, slipway and pub. There is a shop and sub post office at Veryan 1.5 miles away and Melinsey Mill offering cream teas and lunch is close by. Several sandy beaches are a short drive away.
Approached through a small walled and gated front garden, the front door set beneath an open porch leads directly into a comfortable sitting room with a slate hearth. Linked by three steps is a maple fitted kitchen / dining room. Both rooms have low beam ceilings and terracotta tile floors with rugs. The windows, set into thick stone walls, look out over the garden.
Upstairs are two bedrooms with a double bed and twin beds respectively and a bathroom W.C. with hand basin, shower over the bath and an access door to the garden. Tucked into the hillside the main part of the garden has a grassed sun bathing area behind the Fuchsia hedge, flower beds and shrubs on three levels with a Gazebo providing shelter and a commanding view over the bay in the direction of Dodman Point. Toddlers will require supervision.
It is possible to unload the car outside the cottage; parking is available 50 yards away in the village car park (honesty box).
The harbourside village of St Mawes is about a 20 minute drive where a passenger ferry operates to the maritime town of Falmouth. The main shopping centres of Truro and St Austell are within easy reach as are many of the finest Cornish Gardens including Caerhays Castle, the Lost Gardens of Heligan and The Eden Project.

Forming part of two renovated barns set to the side of a brand new complex of riding stables, this single storey property provides its own parking area immediately outside.
The front door opens into a stylish modern property, which is open plan and provides a well-equipped fitted Kitchen with Dining area, adjacent to which is the large and spacious Living area with cream and brown leather settees.
From the Living area, a hallway leads to two attractive ground floor bedrooms. To the left is a spacious 5ft double room with ensuite wet room with shower, wash basin, heated towel rail and WC. To the right is a Twin room with 3ft single beds, an ensuite shower room, wash basin, heated towel rail and WC. A further spacious double bedroom is situated just off from the Living area with ensuite bathroom with shower over, wash basin, heated towel rail and WC. A door from this bedroom also leads outside to the gravelled parking area.
To the side of the property, is an attractive sheltered decked patio area, private to Jubilee Cottage and its perfect for alfresco dining. There is ample parking for 2 cars within the private parking area, and this leads onto a quiet road leading out of the village of St Breward towards to Moor.
The pretty moorland village of St Breward is the highest and largest on Bodmin Moor and its situated just one mile from Jubilee Cottage. The village provides its own Post Office, village store and The Old Inn pub with restaurant (dating back to the 11th century). The property itself is surrounded by the moorland, which is a haven for walkers and horse riders of all abilities.
The Camel Trail is also very popular with cyclists and easily accessible from the property. A 9 mile drive will take you to the spectacular beaches and fishing villages on the north coast such as Trebarwith, Port Isaac and Polzeath and the larger towns of Bodmin, Wadebridge and Camelford are all within a 10 mile radius.
