Notes: The pond is uncovered and due care and attention should be taken with children. No barbecues are allowed at the property due to the risk of fire and the thatch. This is also the reason that the fireplaces are decorative only - this is an insurance requirement and we insist that it is observed. There are some low beams and varying levels at the property - please ask if you feel that this could cause a problem.
