The rural village of Plumstead is set amidst lovely countryside in an unspoilt part of North Norfolk. The coastal town of Sheringham is just six miles away and there are numerous places to visit close by. The following three properties (424, 425, 426) have been converted from outbuildings in the grounds of the owner's home. They provide comfortable accommodation and are in a lovely peaceful position with views across farmland. The owners also have provision for a maximum of five touring caravans to be accommodated in the adjoining field - this area is screened from the cottages and in no way detracts from their peaceful situation.

Accommodation overview: Rose Cottage is just 200 yards from the sandy beach. It is a detached, single storey, compact property. Hunstanton is a popular traditional seaside town, with a long sandy beach backed by distinctive striped cliffs. There are reminders of its Victorian origins including the promenade, the large green and the attractive esplanade gardens. Hunstanton town offers a host of activities for the family including a Sea Life Centre, a fun fair, tennis courts, bowling green and a sports and leisure centre with indoor swimming pool, crazy golf and pitch & putt course. A little further along is quieter Old Hunstanton, which is a picturesque village with mellow carstone houses, an impressive medieval church and a championship golf course, there is also a new eighteen hole golf course at nearby Heacham Manor. The nature reserves at Scolt Head, Titchwell and Holme Dunes are just a short distance away. The coastal footpaths in the area are great for walking and bird-watching. The Royal Sandringham Estate is approximately eight miles away, a wonderful day out with its cycling, walking and picnic opportunities.

Little Snoring is the larger of the two and is well known locally for its distinctive church. Accommodation overview: The Coach House is a delightful new conversion offering tasteful accommodation in the centre of this very pretty North Norfolk village. Brancaster and neighbouring Brancaster Staithe are lovely coastal villages, which have much to offer, making them ideal holiday locations at any time of the year. There is a wonderful sandy beach, numerous coastal and countryside walks, a golf course, a tennis court and excellent sailing from Brancaster Staithe. There are three well known pubs The Jolly Sailors, The Ship and The White Horse within the two villages which serve food, or you can buy locally caught sea food. The lovely village of Burnham Market is just a short drive away with its excellent range of shops, restaurants and pubs. The area abounds with numerous opportunities for bird watchers with the RSPB reserve at Titchwell two miles away, which can be reached on foot along the coast path. Boat trips to Scolt Head and sailing are available at Brancaster Staithe. The Coach House is a delightful conversion that was originally part of the North Wing of Brancaster House. With the focus on traditional craftsmanship and materials, this is a very attractive cottage in one of the most well-known villages on the North Norfolk coast. The Norfolk Coast path is 400 yards away and the fabulous sandy beach and Royal West Norfolk Golf Club a mile away. The Ship Inn, an excellent gastro-pub, children's playground, plus tennis court and small village shop are all close by and the Coast Hopper bus service stops 50 yards from the house.
