The coast is a little further afield with Wells and Holkham being the closes, approx 30 minutes by car. Bakers Cottage is a charming Grade II listed building dating back to the 1800s. It has been renovated to provide modern facilities, whilst retaining its olde world charm, including driftwood beams that were found on the beach at Great Yarmouth. Ludham is a pretty Broadland village between Wroxham and Potter Heigham. The village has a splendid flint church, shops and pubs. There are excellent walks in the area including nearby How Hill. Norwich and Great Yarmouth are both thirty minutes drive away. Boat enthusiasts will enjoy the sight of one of the last remaining wherries as well as the heritage sailing fleet based at Womack Staithe.

St Bennetts is a pretty, detached, thatched cottage situated in a quiet, rural location just one mile from the centre of Ludham village. It offers a large enclosed garden with views over the surrounding countryside. The accommodation retains original features whilst still offering modern facilities.
