Hull with its magnificent waterfront boasts a relaxing atmosphere along with a vibrant mix of culture, shopping and nightlife and events from jazz festivals to sea shanties all within a half hours drive away. You can also visit the stately homes of Sledmere House and Castle Howard which are nearby. You can also try your hand at fishing in the pools on the farm.

The kitchen is huge and along with the necessary requirements it boasts a large range style cooker with induction hobs, double oven and warming oven and an American style fridge/freezer in the adjacent utility room, ensuring ease whilst catering for the larger party. This room is open to the eaves of the property with an abundance of exposed trusses and lighting features. The main lounge is very spacious too with the focal point being a large inglenook stone fireplace complete with black cast iron wood burning stove, comfortable seating and a large 50 flat screen TV, whilst a second sitting room provides a slightly smaller TV and X box a perfect retreat for the kids or young at heart!
