Laid out over 4 floors this 18th century cottage was stripped back to the bare walls and rebuilt in 2011, creating a stunning holiday cottage. It retains a lot of original character, including slate and timber floors and sandstone fire surrounds, enhanced with the very best of furnishings, from the elegant nickel bedsteads to the contemporary bathrooms and the modern kitchen with Siemens appliances. This is also a haven to wildlife, regular visitors to the grounds include red squirrels, a heron, woodpeckers and owls.
