Accommodation overview: Pennti is a very unique and unusual property, lovingly built by local owners. They have used wood from the nearby Tregothnan estate to create items for the holiday cottage. Pennti truly is a unique cottage, converted from a farm piggery and providing a tranquil base from which to explore the surrounding beautiful countryside. It is hard to believe that despite being in the heart of rural Cornwall, Pennti is a mere five miles from the bustling county city of Truro. Built with the scenery in mind, every room has views towards open countryside. The remaining ground floor has an open plan living/dining/kitchen area, which allows a feeling of space and light throughout. Taken from one huge oak tree and sliced down the middle, its natural shape wraps around the stairs. This mezzanine level has two single mattresses on the floor, and restricted head height. From this room there is a door through to the double bedroom, which offers uninterrupted scenery from floor to ceiling windows.
