Thursford is located midway between the towns of Fakenham and Holt and only six miles from Wells-next-the-Sea. The Georgian town of Holt is just two miles away and offers good quality shops, art galleries and eating places and Holt Country Park, where you can enjoy way marked walks and nature trails. There are two pubs in the neighbouring villages of Hunworth and Letheringsett, which serve good food.
