This idyllic Grade II listed thatched cottage nestling in the delightful sleepy hamlet of Harracott is the perfect rural retreat, surrounded by unspoilt countryside yet within easy reach of a fabulous choice of North Devon beaches. Believed to be dated from the 17th century, many character features remain, including flagstone floors, oak beams and latch doors. The spacious accommodation includes a stylish living room with impressive fireplace housing a wood burning stove, making the cottage cosy all year round and a separate dining room comfortably seating six. The attractive kitchen has been totally refurbished and a useful shower room leads off. As the rooms flow naturally between one to another, a small study area leads through to a second sitting room, an ideal children's space with additional TV, or a perhaps a second sitting room for groups of friends or couples holidaying together.
