The properties provide spacious accommodation and are furnished and equipped to a good standard. A 5 minute drive will take you to the market town of South Molton, offering a twice weekly market in the historic pannier market. You can easily spend an afternoon wandering around antique shops and small boutiques and still have time to fit in a Devon cream tea. South Molton also offers numerous pubs and restaurants, supermarket and swimming pool. The property is a fantastic base to walk and explore Devon and Cornwall. Take a day trip to Exmoor and discover stunning moorlands, valleys and the quaint villages of Lynton, Lynmouth, Porlock and Dunster. The sandy beaches of Saunton, Croyde, Woolacombe and Westward Ho! are all within an easy drive as well as the picturesque fishing villages of Appledore and Clovelly. Many attractions in the area include The Milky Way Adventure Park, The Big Sheep and RHS Rosemoor Gardens to name a few.
