There is much to do and see in the surrounding area with Darlington a mere 18 miles distant. Within an hour’s drive there are many racecourses including Sedgefield, Catterick, Wetherby, York and Newcastle to name but a few. Scotch Corner is 9 miles, and Teesside 30 miles.
