Accommodation overview: Conveniently situated between the North York Moors and the Yorkshire Dales, Holly Cottage nestles in a semi rural position on the outskirts of the village of Girsby and has been recently converted to a particularly high standard. The cottage is adjacent to the owners home and livery yard and has been stylishly furnished and decorated, enjoying the warmth and comfort of a wood burning stove in the lounge which is open to the eaves and from where a beautiful spiral chandelier takes pride of place! The lounge opens up to a superb tasteful kitchen with adjacent dining area featuring a large chunky table and very comfortable leather dining chairs. The master bedroom houses a zip and link bed which can be used as either a super King size bed or full size twin beds to offer flexibility, whilst the second bedroom, built into the eaves of the house provides a single bed with a pullout bed and a large velux window which opens to a Cabrio balcony. Each of the bedrooms has access to the Jack and Jill style bathroom. Outside the cottage is surrounded by paddocks, a gravelled patio with garden furniture and BBQ to the rear and a large pond stocked with Koi Carp to the front.
