The cottage offers THREE bedrooms: master double with wall-mounted flat screen TV, 1 zip-and-link twin on the first floor and a further zip-and-link twin on the ground floor. Both twin beds can be made into a double on request. Bathroom: large and renovated with spa bath, separate shower, WC and under floor heating. The ground floor also benefits from a separate downstairs WC. Lounge: enjoys comfy seating, large TV, DVD and Freeview all of which are angled to enjoy the wood burner. Kitchen/diner: recently renovated to a very high standard, with integrated oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer and washer/dryer. Outdoor: enclosed garden rings the property with patio area, seating, BBQ and large grassed area. The popular destination of Padstow is renowned for its Rick Steins fish restaurants, boutique shops, and picturesque harbour and just a 15 minute drive away is Watergate Bay where you can experience Jamie Oliver's Fifteen Restaurant and explore the adventurous activities that the Extreme Academy has to offer. For the more active and adventurous types, then the Camel Trail is ideal for walking or cycling and is within easy reach from the property, or alternatively you can arrange for a day of fishing at the owners private lake. The Eden Project and the Tate Gallery in St Ives are also worth a visit and make an enjoyable day out for the whole family.
