This attractive, stone 18th century cottage is set in extensive private grounds in the heart of Chianti country amidst olive groves and vineyards, just 5 km from the village of Pianella, 11 km from the town of Gaiole in Chianti and 20 km from historic Siena. The nearby Castello di Brolio, apart from being a famous landmark, produces some of the finest wines from the region. Comfortable and quiet, this house is an excellent base for exploring the beautiful countryside, Tremoleto is also just 45 km from Florence.

One storey. Attractively furnished in local style, the house is spacious and cool. A long shaded terrace overlooks the well kept lawned gardens with private swimming pool and leads into a lounge/dining room with sofa bed and TV. Open plan kitchen with full cooker, microwave and fridge. Utility room with washing machine. Double bedroom with en suite shower/WC, twin bedroom and further shower/WC. BBQ.

Weekly cleaning and linen change. Pool open from 1 May – 30 Sep. Breakage deposit of €150 to be paid locally. Final cleaning charge €54 to be paid locally.

Saturday changeover.
