Casa de Flores is a recently refurbished, very pleasant holiday home located in the residential area of Sueno Azul in the resort of Callao Salvaje, just 5 min walk from a supermarket, shops, bars and a handful of restaurants. A taxi rank and a bus stop are just 5 min walk away. A pebble and sand beach is about 5 min walk from here where you will find a jetty that is ideal for fishing or maybe snorkeling. The bustling resorts of Los Cristianos and Playa de las Americas are just 10 min drive from here. With new furniture, floors and bathrooms, it offers excellent amenities and high standards of comfort, as well as a private swimming pool (8m x 3m , depth 1m to 1.5m) with spacious sun terraces, pool bar and BBQ. All bedrooms are air conditioned at no extra charge.

One storey. Hallway leading to large lounge/dining room with British satellite TV, Playstation 2 console, DVD and CD players. Kitchen with hob/oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge/freezer. Double bedroom with ensuite bathroom, one twin and one triple bedroom sharing shower/WC. Further twin and shower/WC with exterior access from sun terrace (ideal for teenagers or grandparents).
