Beach Villas is a superb development of high quality townhouses, set in private lawned and landscaped gardens around two large swimming pools adjacent to a sandy beach. In a quiet location just 3km along the coast from the attractive resort of Altinkum, this small community offers some of the best self catering accommodation on the Turkish coast and is ideal for anyone looking for spacious, comfortable and air-conditioned accommodation close to the sea. As well as the swimming pools, there is also a bar, snack bar and tennis court for guests to enjoy, plus free use of the gym, sauna and steam room at the Apollo Health Spa at Club Aegean near Didim (a courtesy bus operates 3 times a day between May-Oct).

The 65 town houses are set in extensive private grounds in front of the sea. They are on 3 floors and are pleasantly furnished, well equipped and air-conditioned at no extra charge (A small local charge for air conditioning of £3 per day per villa applies in July and August only).

All houses have splendid sea views from their rooftop terraces. There is also 24 hour security, a small shop and pool bar/snack bar.

Ground floor: Lounge/dining room with sofa bed, widescreen satellite TV and DVD. Fitted kitchen with oven/hob, fridge, washing machine and microwave. Bath/WC and furnished terrace. First floor: one double and one twin bedroom, bathroom and balcony. Second floor: master ensuite double bedroom, large terrace with sea views.

Complimentary welcome food pack provided on arrival. Cleaning and linen change are provided weekly. Minimum stay 4 nights, arrive any day.

Return transfers are available from/to Bodrum and Izmir airports from as little as £15 per person return.
