A well equipped house close to the centre of Southwold South Green Area - Properties here enjoy one of the best locations in town. From many of them you can look across South Green towards Gun Hill and the sea and the properties are within minutes of the market place, with the elegant Swan Hotel, an excellent range of small shops including a greengrocers with fresh local produce, family butcher and delicatessen. The popular Red Lion Inn overlooking South Green is even closer. The Dolls House is the perfect cottage for an ideal Southwold getaway, virtually on South Green, only minutes from the beach and the town centre shops. It has been renovated and has a paved courtyard garden which is sunny and sheltered. It provides very comfortable and pleasant accommodation for a holiday. Garden: Fully enclosed with patio area, table and chairs - bike storage in the passageway and some room in the garden shed. Parking: Roadside outside property or free parking a short distance away. Heating: Gas-fired central heating and gas fire in the sitting room. Pets: One well-behaved dog with permission. The Dolls House has the added benefit of a beach hut in a prime central location that is available at an extra charge.
