This fresh and bright apartment adjoins the owner's home and has views sweeping down to Portmagee Channel and up to the mountains. Sliding doors open from the ground floor to the exterior. This is a cosy nest for a couple, and is very peaceful, being situated down a quiet country lane, a few minutes' walk to the beach. There are lots of walks round the area and the owner is happy to advise on routes. The fishing village of Portmagee is only a few minutes' drive away. There are restaurants, and pubs with Irish dancing taking place twice a week all the year round. Shop. Pub. Restaurant 1½ miles. Beach 880 yards. GF: lounge/kitchen/diner. FF: double with ensuite shower room. Gas included, oil and electricity by meter read, linen and towels included, hairdryer, alarm clock, welcome pack, cot, high chair, stair gate, TV, dvd player, stereo tape player, CD, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, w/machine, partially enclosed shared garden, picnic bench, free bicycles available.
