Lanerick forms the larger part of a detached family house. The property provides light and airy accommodation and has been furnished to a very high standard; perfect for both families and group gatherings. The large private lawned garden with sun loungers, hot tub and garden seating is perfectly positioned for dining outside and provides wonderful rural countryside views across the valley. The additional luxury of two hot tubs makes this property a real special treat for both couples and families alike.

Approaching the property, the four steps across the decking lead to the front door which opens into a spacious hallway with wooden stairs leading to the first floor. To the left, a doorway opens into a spacious kitchen/ diner, modern in style and fully fitted with gas range cooker and French windows which open out onto the decking with hot tub. On the far side of the kitchen, a doorway leads straight into the very large sitting room with ample seating for large groups, open fireplace and access straight onto the decking outside with hot tub.

From the hallway, the wooden open tread stairs lead up to the first floor which is carpeted throughout. The spacious landing leads in two directions, on one side a separate bathroom with shower over and WC sits adjacent to a twin bedroom. To the other side, the first doorway leads into a double bedroom (5ft) with en-suite shower room, WC and views across the valley.

A further bedroom with double bed (6ft) and en-suite shower room and WC is situated at the end of the corridor and provides access onto an additional sun deck with further garden seating and hot tub for two, which is perfect for couples.

To the front of the property, the large private garden provides a wonderful place to relax and to enjoy the views. There is one parking space adjacent to the property with further parking on site.
