Between Mandelieu town centre and the coast and just across the road from the pretty Siagne river with its pleasure craft winding their way down to the port. An excellent situation for a family holiday with the port and sandy beach 15 minutes walk and plenty of restaurants close by. Golf fairways are within 500m although the entrance is 2km. Good range of shops and supermarket in Mandelieu. Designer boutiques and nightlife in Antibes and Cannes. Wide variety of water sports all along the coast towards Cannes. Easy day trips to Grasse for its perfumeries, Nice, Cannes, 6km, and Monte Carlo. Visit the charming inland hill villages and potteries at Biot and Vallauris. International airport at Nice 35km.

Traditional terraced house in a gated, older style ‘residence’ of just 20 privately owned properties with electric entry gates and allocated parking space. Good for families with children, with a large and very attractive communal pool (about 30 metres from the house) with grassy sunbathing area and a tennis court. Each property has 2 allocated sun loungers by the pool. Pleasant covered terrace with built in BBQ and enclosed small garden area with mature shrubs. Some road noise can be heard when in the garden.

The interior of the house is quite compact, but adequate for a small family, with a newly renovated kitchen. Ground floor: Entrance through rear verandah into modern fully fitted kitchen with microwave, dishwasher and counter top with 3 bar stools. Living room with leather sofa, glassed in fireplace, 2 easy chairs and round dining table. TV/DVD. French windows to small south facing terrace with lawn. Bed 1: double with fitted cupboards and ensuite shower/basin. Separate WC off hall. Stairs from living room to first floor. Bathroom and sep WC on landing. Bed 2: 2 singles. Bed 3: double. Both bedrooms are attic style, with fairly low headroom on one side. Freezer and washing machine in garage. Cot and stair gate on request.
