Accommodation overview: BEACH ONLY 5 MINUTES DRIVE Situated in the charming village of Swyre. The property sits in the Bride Valley and has recently been refurbished to a high standard. A network of footpaths, both countryside and coastal, available from the gate and bridle path, also within walking distance to an excellent village pub but remember to bring a torch for the walk home! The picturesque villages of Swyre and West Bexington are only a 2 minute drive and has a beach (shingle), pub and beachside café also offering a limited shop service. The coastline is well known for being part of the Jurassic Coastline, perfect for nature lovers, walkers and fishing enthusiasts. Other popular beaches and resorts close by include historic Lyme Regis and Weymouth. There are attractions to suit all tastes within a short drive including Monkey World, Deep Sea Adventure, Portland Castle, numerous National Trust properties and gardens and much more. There are many top restaurants close by and picturesque traditional villages to explore including the thatched village of Abbotsbury (10 minute drive), known for its Swannery and Sub Tropical Gardens. The Bride Valley is well known for its pretty villages and splendid views. The accommodation offers FOUR bedrooms: on the ground floor, 1 double with en-suite shower and WC and 1 further double. Upstairs offers 1 double and 1 twin with a balcony boasting valley views. Bathroom: situated on the ground floor with mixer shower over bath and WC. There is a cloakroom with a WC in between the upstairs bedrooms. Downstairs cloakroom with WC. Lounge: with patio doors opening onto the covered veranda, TV and hi-fi. Kitchen/diner: has an electric hob and oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Outside: enclosed, well maintained garden with garden furniture, if accessing the seating area from the garden there is a small slope. There is a further seating to the front of the property that catches the morning sun. Amenities: ample off-road parking. Bed linen, towels, electric and central heating included. Regret no smoking within the property. 1 well behaved dog welcome (at no time must the dog be left unattended in the property). No cot or highchair but guests are welcome to bring their own.
