Now divided into three Lowood forms the central part (the owner occupies one wing). Carriage driving is offered and a CC site (5 vans) is available in high season. Minehead Dunster Castle and a sandy beach are within 4 miles. Pubs shop/P.O. ¾ mile.

The Victorian villages of Lynmouth and Lynton, famous for the Watersmeet Gorge (NT), valley of the rocks and the funicular cliff railway.
