Accommodation overview: Fishermans Cottage is in an idyllic spot on the shore of Luce Bay boasting a private slipway and uninterrupted views across to the Rhinns of Galloway. The cottage is charming with every comfort provided to ensure that you have a wonderful holiday. When the cottage was first built around 1850 it was the first dwelling in Stairhaven and there are only a handful of houses even today. The hamlet is known locally as The Craws Nest. You may even catch a glimpse of the areas last remaining lobster fisherman.
