The National Botanic Gardens of Wales 568 acres overlooking the beautiful Towy Valley near Llanarthne are just a few minutes' drive whilst the sandy beaches of Pembrokeshire Carmarthenshire and the Gower are all easily accessible. Lovely walking riding and golf can be enjoyed locally and within 30 miles visitors will find a wealth of attractions to explore including an RSPB wildlife reserve a chocolate farm family theme parks and a Roman goldmine. The historic town of Carmarthen (about 15 miles) boasts a weekly market with excellent local produce a wide range of shops and restaurants cinema theatre sports centre and an indoor swimming pool.
