It is full of character and original features. Beautiful sandy beaches are nearby, as well as excellent walking, bird-watching, fishing and golf. Trips to the Isles of Scilly, the Eden Project and the Lost Gardens of Heligan are within easy driving distance. Shop and pub 2 miles. Steep path and steps down from parking area to entrance. Beamed living/dining room with open fire in inglenook fireplace, granite walls and rugs on wooden floor. Well-equipped farmhouse-style kitchen with breakfast area, Rayburn and slate floor. Sitting room leading to conservatory (ideal pet room). Steep, open-tread spiral stairs to first floor: Two double bedrooms, one with wash basin, one with TV. Twin bedroom.
