Forestry land extends beyond the large rough garden offering pleasant country walks and on/off road cycling. Fishing can be arranged through the owner. Loch Ness and Drumnadrochit are only 4 miles away, Inverness is 10 miles and locally there are opportunities for fly fishing, golf, pony trekking, sailing and boat hire (Loch Ness), or dolphin spotting in the Moray Firth. Selection of shops, pub/hotels in Drumnadrochit. The house is reached by a private gravelled driveway, it faces south-east and benefits from long sunny daylight hours.
