Accommodation overview: Traum is a delightful single-storey detached cottage set in 6 acres of grounds leading down to the beautiful River Glass or Allt Graad. Traum is the Gaelic word for deep, as in sleep, and this aptly describes the seclusion and tranquillity of its setting, which offers complete privacy whilst being easily accessible. The cottage has been in the same family for over seventy years and in that time it has been extended and refurbished to provide bright and spacious accommodation, whilst retaining its traditional charm and ambience. The large sitting room cum library is a feature of the house. The owners have supplied a wide range of books and the lovely paintings on the walls are mainly originals by local Highland artists. Extensive private natural grounds surround the house. Spring flowers, azaleas, maple and other mature trees, with grassed areas, all add to its charm. A steep slope, with paths, lead down to parkland by the tumbling River Glass below. Views of Fyrish monument, the Cromarty Firth and the mountains complete the picture.

Accommodation overview: The Dovecote is a superb conversion of a lovely old stone barn set in open countryside yet easily accessible for exploring the whole of the Highlands. The original dovecote on the gable end has been retained, which contributes to its unique and distinctive charm. It is situated on a quiet lane in the Ross-shire countryside with the magnificent peaks of Ben Wyvis beyond. The accommodation is all on one floor with a very attractive hallway running the length of the property, linking the rooms together. It is beautifully presented to a high standard throughout. The large lounge has windows on all sides. All the bedrooms are of generous proportions and the double bunk bedroom with a second TV with video and DVD facility, making it an ideal room for children with games and family movies provided. There is a large farmhouse style kitchen/dining room and superb modern bathroom. Fully enclosed gardens surround the property, a secluded patio area with picnic table.
