Situated down a quiet country lane in pretty countryside with dry stone walls, small bridges over tumbling rivers and lovely rolling hills this area is a real backwater, yet only 6 miles from the centre of Inverness, the capital of the Highlands. Accommodation overview: Burnside Cottage is situated on a south facing hillside above the small Highland village of Bonar Bridge in Sutherland. It enjoys lovely views across the Kyle of Sutherland to the hills and mountains beyond. The cottage was originally built in the 19th century, adjoining earlier croft buildings and has since been sympathetically extended and recently upgraded to provide bright and spacious accommodation throughout. The cottage is surrounded by its own large, mature garden grounds, which are a real feature of the property.
