Accommodation overview: Rovers Den is a charming property located in the heart of Perthshire, on the outskirts of the beautiful city of Perth. The cottage occupies a wonderful position with a private garden overlooking open farmland, the delightful River Earn and the Moncrieffe Hills. The property has been newly re-furbished and is extremely well presented. The property has a bright and airy open plan layout with the main oak wood floor living space on the ground floor and a carpeted gallery bedroom accessed via a spiral staircase. The light-filled gallery bedroom is a joy but it does come with fully fitted black-out blinds to prevent the early morning sun spoiling that all important holiday lie-in! Fishing permits for numerous lochs and rivers can be arranged at the hotel, as can other sporting activities, whilst the mountains in the area provide ample scope for hillwalking and climbing.
