These delightful holiday properties are all situated within an arable working farm, with horse stables, riding and livery, which are all available to guests by prior arrangement. These properties can all be booked together to accommodate larger groups, to sleep a maximum of 32 guests in total.
Barnham Court Farm is located just 4 miles from the nearest quiet beach at Climping, whilst the unspoilt beach at West Wittering is only about 20 minutes’ drive away. Chichester is only 6 miles away, with its beautiful ornate cathedral and abundance of pedestrianised cobbled lanes with various shops, tearooms, pubs and restaurants. Other amenities include a leisure centre with indoor pool, a cinema complex, the popular Festival Theatre which has year-round productions, and famous Goodwood Races for horse or motor racing; Fontwell racecourse is also only about 3 miles away.
Other places of interest include The Weald and Downland Open Air Museum, and historic Arundel with castle cathedral, various book and art shops, and the Wildfowl and Wetlands Trust – ideal for bird-watchers. Slightly further afield is Brighton, perfect for a family day out, boasting the decadent Royal Pavilion, art galleries, theatres and Sea Life Museum, plus seaside entertainment along the promenade and pier.

Located in the heart of this quaint town, it is only a 2-minute walk from plentiful antique shops, pubs, restaurants, cathedral and lido, and near the Wildfowl and Wetlands for birdwatching. In keeping with the Regency era, the furnishings cleverly complement the period style, and are carefully co-ordinated and styled to enhance features such as the ornamental fire surrounds and large windows. Arundel is recognised for its castle and variety of historic buildings in a small area. Out of around 500 buildings in the conservation area, many are listed. The beautiful castle is referred to in the Domesday Book in 1086, and has been occupied by the Dukes of Norfolk and their families for over 850 years. The Victorian Catholic Cathedral was designed by Joseph Hansom, who also designed the Hansom cab.
Climping Beach is only a 5-minute drive, or slightly further, Worthing, Elmer or Littlehampton. Bustling Brighton is within 20 minutes’ drive, within the ornate Royal Pavilion, The Lanes for interesting artefacts, plentiful theatres, art galleries, extensive shopping, the marina with harbourside dining, and many amusements for all ages along the beach. Visit Chichester, with its beautiful ornate cathedral, theatre, pedestrianised shopping, tea rooms, harbour tours, Goodwood or Fontwell racing. Also within easy reach is the picturesque harbour village of Bosham with antiques, emporium and waterside cafe, or naval Portsmouth with Spinnaker Tower, designer shopping and waterside dining. In addition, various National Trust homes and gardens, excellent walking along the South Downs, golf, sailing, surfing, riding, and cycling can all be enjoyed nearby. Shops 50 yards.
