Uttoxeter is a friendly market town with colourful markets held each Wednesday and Saturday, it is also home to Uttoxeter Racecourse, which offers horse racing, family fun days, antique fairs and much more. Further northwest is Kedleston Hall, with its beautiful restored gardens and surrounding park which includes a fishing pavilion and a series of lakes and cascades.
