These are some of the most beautiful scenic surroundings to be found in the Highlands and there are lovely panoramic views from the cottage and the garden to Loch Carron and the hills beyond. Accommodation overview: Sheenas Cottage is a traditional croft cottage that has been beautifully restored and updated by the current owner.  It is situated on the lovely Isle of Raasay, just a 15 minute ferry ride off the coast of Skye.  A regular small car ferry runs all year round from central Skye (Sconser) across the Sound of Raasay to the island, with ten sailings a day from March to October.  Sheenas Cottage offers a wonderful venue for a real small island adventure holiday whilst remaining easily accessible to the centre of Skye.  Once a croft or small farm cottage the property has been beautifully restored and upgraded.  The welcoming lounge / dining room has a superb open fireplace and windows overlooking the large natural garden grounds that lead directly down to the sea-shore.
