Accessed by a track and adjoining the owner’s home, it makes a wonderful holiday base - with excellent walks from the door and the beautiful scenery of the Cheshire Plain and the Peak District. Biddulph Grange Gardens and Stapley Water Park are nearby. Little Moreton Hall (NT), Rudyard Lake and the Potteries are all within easy reach. Alton Towers a 45-minute drive. Shop 11/2 miles. Small porch. Living room with wood-burning stove. Well-equipped farmhouse style kitchen/dining room with Stanley range, electric cooker and Belfast sink. Step down to conservatory with door to terrace. Step down to utility, and single bedroom with pull-out bed (for +1 child). Shower room with toilet. Tiled floor throughout. First floor: Double bedroom with 5ft bed and partitioned bathroom with roll-top slipper bath and toilet. All rooms beamed.
