Set just off the market square, this cottage (property on right in photograph) has been sympathetically converted and refurbished, carefully combining traditional furnishings with modern day living to provide an excellent home from which to explore the surrounding area. Walking is available from the door and racehorses can be seen each day as they make their way up to ‘the gallops’. Alternatively Wensleydale is easily accessible for walking and touring, and both York and the North York Moors and coast are within easy driving distance. Richmond 12 miles. Shop 200 yards.
