Nestling on the South Hams coast in an area of outstanding natural beauty which boasts the mildest climate in mainland Britain is this spacious and very comfortable property. It has a patio and sunken garden and offers the perfect base for an active or peaceful holiday. Part of a small select group of tastefully and sympathetically converted barns it offers excellent shared facilities including a heated indoor swimming pool and a hard tennis court. The nearest of many sandy beaches is about a mile away with the pretty estuary of Mothecombe a four mile drive and there are unique walks along the spectacular coastline nearby. The picturesque fishing villages of Noss Mayo and Newton Ferrers with their shops pubs and marine activity are also only 1 mile. Dartmoor with walking and riding opportunities is 8 miles. Excellent local fishing three superb golf courses mountain biking and cycling trails and a host of attractions to suit all tastes are all within easy reach. Plymouth is 12 miles.

"What a fantastic week we had! The accommodation was superb for a large group like us and the facilities supported our every need. The local area is beautiful and we would definitely recommend the local beaches as well as "The Ship Inn" pub in Noss Mayo. Everything you need in terms of additional entertainment and shopping can be found in Plymouth which isn't too far away. It was a very enjoyable holiday and we are hopeful of returning next year."
