One of a little row it is close to the Huddersfield Narrow boat Canal and near National Trust moorland as well as the Peak District National Park with superb scenic walking. Marsden ½ mile has local shops cafes pubs and excellent train service to Manchester/York. Canal heritage centre and dining pub 100 yards.
