In a south-facing position, this delightful holiday cottage stands detached on a 1000-acre farm, bordered on its south and east by the River Yare and its tributary, the Chet. Close to woodland, it commands panoramic views over Hardley Flood – a 50-acre lake that is also a nature reserve with a bird hide and where coarse fishing is available between June and March. Further fishing is to be found on the nearby rivers, and pleasant walks can be enjoyed along the river banks and across the farm. In a unique location, there is easy access to the seaside, which is about 12 miles away. The city of Norwich is 9 miles away, with its castle, museums and good shopping.
