Superbly located in a beautiful countryside setting, this attractive barn makes a wonderful holiday retreat, with shared use of a tennis court, outdoor swimming pool (heated June - August), gym, games room and covered barbecue area. Enjoy scenic walks around the owner’s 50-acre estate with lakes and horse paddocks, and public footpaths lead to the Arun and Wey canal. The barn is ideal for exploring the area; the quaint hamlet of Alfold has a church, shop and pub (¾ mile), and within easy driving distance are historic Guildford (trains to London 30 minutes), Horsham, Brighton, Gatwick, Heathrow, plus many NT homes and gardens.
