This charming, cosy attached thatched cottage dates back to the 1600s, and is peacefully located just a short drive from both Bognor Regis and Chichester. Tucked away behind a large thatched house which was formerly a cider farm, Tudor Cottage was previously one of the cider barns, and many fruit trees are still to be found in the secluded garden. Within easy reach are Arundel Castle and Wildfowl Trust, Goodwood House, racing at Fontwell or Goodwood and Chichester with cathedral and Festival Theatre. Shop 500 yards, pub ½ mile. Living room/dining area with electric ‘wood burner‘ in brick surround, beams and wooden floor. Kitchen with gas/electric range (for cooking). Double bedroom. Single bedroom.
