Standing privately surrounded by meadowland this uniquely situated exquisite conversion of old farm buildings features limestone floors beamed ceilings and exposed brickwork. Tindall Barn is beautifully furnished and well equipped with underfloor heating this is a lovely place to stay all year round. The luxuriously spacious living area offers wonderful countryside views in a truly peaceful rural setting. This environmentally sensitive area is frequently visited by marsh harriers barn and tawny owl kites kestrels and hares. With superb walking from the door and overlooking a carp stocked pond this is a country lover's paradise and children will love the freedom of the wide open spaces. The Broads (Loddon 4 miles) the fine city of Norwich and beautiful beaches on the Suffolk Heritage coast are all within 25 miles with north Norfolk being easily accessible for a day's excursion. The little market towns of Bungay (2 miles) and Beccles (9 miles) offer interesting shops pubs and good restaurants.

"Tindall Barn is just stunning - so creatively converted and beautifully decorated. It's setting is amazing with sweeping county views all around and the pond complete with swans (and visiting kingfisher) was a delight! It was the perfect base for a holiday with friends as the living space was so roomy and comfortable. The location was fab for exploring both Norfolk and Suffolk. The owner is very friendly and helpful and the property is immaculately clean and welcoming. We had a fantastic time here and hope to return one day! "

"I would recommend this holiday to anyone that wants a remote away from it all location not overlooked by other properties. Nature lovers and walkers there is plenty to do in and around the surrounding areas. Accommodation was faultless very spacious good mix of contemporary and antique type furniture functional and stylish."

"This was THE best place to stay. We chose it because it was the ultimate and it certainly was that and so much more - it truly was like arriving in heaven. The pictures in brochure are good but nothing can prepare you for the size of the barn and the beautiful countryside that is surrounding it. Its like staying at a 5 star hotel that is just for you! The wet rooms are a must to try and there is always plenty of hot water. The barn has been refurbished to the highest quality with everything you could possibly need. It is SPOTLESSLY clean and really I just want to live in it! In fact the hardest thing was dragging ourselves away from it in order to explore places around us. We found the best butcher in nearby Bungay by the name of John Groom - delicious meat all locally sourced from happy pigs as he assured me. For the perfect quiet and relaxing holiday then go to this lovely place but leave a space for me to return! 11 out of 10 for everything - wonderful!"
