It lies close to the owner’s home in an elevated position with nearby lovely views across the surrounding countryside, and endless walking opportunities. The famous Roman Fosse Way makes the northern and southern Cotswold boundaries accessible, as are famous gardens such as Hidcote Manor, Kiftsgate, and the arboretum of Batsford. Stratford-upon-Avon, Cirencester, Oxford and Bath are all an easy drive. Good pubs, restaurants, individual shops and the old market square are within very close walking distance. Shops 100 yards.
