This delightful thatched holiday cottage is ideally located just 100 yards from the beach in a quiet residential area in the old part of Selsey, and boasts many period features. Within easy reach are scenic coastal walks, Pagham Harbour (SSSI), bird-watching, golf, fishing, boating, riding, cycling and diving. Chichester (10 minutes) with cathedral, theatre, Goodwood or Fontwell horse/motor racing, Weald and Downland open air museum, and West Dean gardens. Slightly further afield is Bosham, or historic Arundel. Shops ½ mile. Living room with open fire in inglenook fireplace. Dining room. Well-equipped kitchen with tiled floor. Snug with wood-burning stove. Separate toilet. First floor: Double bedroom with 6ft four-poster bed. Two double bedrooms, each with 5ft bed; one with additional Z-bed (for +1) and ornamental inglenook fireplace. Twin bedroom. All bedrooms with TV. Bathroom with over-bath shower and toilet.
